Distance Sales Contract
Your legal rights and obligations regarding your order.
This agreement is arranged in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Name, surname, address and contact information are the information provided by the BUYER during the order.
Article 2: Subject
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualities and sales price are specified, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website www.artes.design.
Article 3: Product, Payment and Delivery Information
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, amount, sales price, payment method, delivery information and delivery costs of the goods or services subject to the contract are as stated in the order summary. This information is confirmed by the BUYER.
Article 4: Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Since the products subject to this contract are tailor-made upon the order of the BUYER, the BUYER does not have the right of withdrawal. For detailed information, you can visit our Warranty, Returns and Exchanges page.
Cancellation During Production
Cancellation requests are not accepted when your order status is "Preparing Order", "Ready for Delivery", or "In Delivery". At this stage, since fabrics, polish, and other customization materials have been supplied and production has begun, cancellation of the order causes financial loss to the SELLER.
Article 5: General Provisions
The BUYER declares that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the contract product on the www.artes.design website, have sufficient information, and have provided the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
Article 6: Authorized Court
In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the TR Ministry of Trade and Consumer Courts in the settlement of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized.
In the event of an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract.
