3. Payment and Delivery
Payment transactions are carried out securely with PayTR infrastructure. Following the approval of the payment, your order will be sent to the delivery address you specified. Estimated delivery time and shipping information will be notified to you during and after order confirmation.
4. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with subparagraph (b) of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer. Since all our products are custom-made to order, they cannot be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal. 5. Resolution of Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized for disputes arising from this contract up to the monetary value determined by the TR Ministry of Trade in December every year, and Consumer Courts are authorized in cases exceeding the aforementioned value.
